Farm to Table

We depart from Lisboa and after a short trip, during which we will be able to explore some of the rural areas around the capital, we will arrive to our selected farm. This Farm to Table experience has been designed to give you the opportunity to meet the people responsible for growing what we eat. They will share with us their stories, and their life journeys that have led them to their current farming projects and that translates into authentic and high quality products, with tons of character.

The farmers will guide us on visits to the farms and their different productions. We will taste local delicacies and their produce and freshest products. We will all share a meal prepared with the produce they grow and other locally sourced products; this delicious farm lunch will be paired with local wines that the farmers have personally selected for us, so we can have a truly memorable experience.

We work with several farms, very different from one another, that are eager to host this Farm to Table experience for you. Some farms are closer to Lisbon than others, so that you can decide how much of your time you want to invest in traveling. In some of these farms it is possible to add one or more workshops to the experience, such as hands-on cooking classes, Mafra bread baking, smoked sausage making, among others. Just let us know your interests and we can organize it for you.
